also serve the most delicious chicken in the area. Unfortunately, somehow they managed to make brisket consistently dry. Given the fat content of this cut of beef, that is a singular feat. Ron (the owner) says he will not give his customers fat. However, given the lack of this delicious incredient to all things smoked he might want to relax that standard a little. Put a little shine on that meat bro'!

On take outs these wonderful folks take the opportunity to dump their ends and bones and call it ribs. Don't get me wrong. Sucking on smokey bones is not a bad thing but after all I am not a dog. I need some meat to go along with sharp teeth. If you still have room after the unlimited sides, hot/buttery rolls and good dine-in ribs; you can show the world the pig that you are and get hot peach cobbler with Blue Bell Ice Cream. Pretend that you just had a salad for dinner and is splurging on dessert.

Despite the name that stands for culinary excellence in steaks and seafood in this part of the world, their que is mediocre.
